Submit an Event
If you have an event coming up that has entertainment value, you may have one free listing in the Soul Brasil Website – Calendar Page. Information about your event must be sent to: carol@soulbrasil.com
Your information must include the following by this order: Week day, month, day and time than title of the event and short description, including address where it will be held and phone number for contact. We reserve the right to edit or refuse any listing due to inappropriate content or any other reason in conflict with our guidelines.
Submit an Article
Soul Brasil is primarily interested in articles about Brazilian Behavior & Culture, Go Green Issues, Life Experiences, Fitness, Health & Nutrition, Sport and Spirituality, which we consider for publishing in our printing and/or online versions. If a story idea has already received publicity in other Brazilian (in USA) publication, we should have minimum interest.
We are not interested in receiving fiction, poetry, politic, economy and/or critics of Brazilian government system (we know the problems of Brazil…our intention here is promote the good things of what this beauty country has to offer and the positive vibes of their people). We will consider articles that range from 350 to 1400 words. If you can submit photos is much appreciate, otherwise, we will make the arrangements for the photo and/or illustration of the respective article.
Email manuscripts to editor@soulbrasil.com and include your byline in the end of the article (up to four lines about you, the author). name, address, Social Security number, and phone number. We not accepts paper manuscripts. We not pay for any article submission and all submission is consider a collaboration for the magazine.

We distribute it in all six Brazilian Consulates in U.S and also in different locations throught California, Nevada and Hawaii such Brazilian markets, restaurants and stores (also and some Latinos); capoeira, Brazilian JJ and dance studios; some American alternative clinics and coffee shops, and in events we are involved in some way. To know if there is a location close to you, email us at info@soulbrasil.com. If you know some business that welcome our magazine and can display it for free, let us know. We appreciate your support.
