But as not everything in life is perfect, a few unfortunate souls can be faced stuck with faulty or defective products. And here in this situation can begins the endless struggle to get a faulty item replaced, a tech support question resolved or a problem with the refund. The consumers call the help and support number and politely ask them to solve the problem, they say you have to talk to another department, your call is transfer and the next person then politely puts you on hold.
Consumers wait, wait, wait and wait and then you hang up to try again the next day. For consumers surprise, the same thing happens again. In reality you are answered by a robot, answer a few questions and you are transferred to the appropriate extension. You than thanks the stars and cross your fingers only to be put on hold again.
