The tilapia recipe, enriched with coconut milk, brings a gourmet and flavorful touch, while the green juices with kale provide freshness and energy.

Brazilian Style Tilapia

  • Ingredients

The recipe uses tilapia fish slices as the main protein source, combined with fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs such as tomatoes, onion, coriander, and chives. Coconut milk adds a creamy texture, while tomato paste enhances flavor depth. Olive oil, salt, and pepper are used to season and balance the dish.

  • Directions

Put salt and pepper in the fish slices. Cut the onion into small cubes and sauté it in olive oil until it becomes golden brown. Mix chopped coriander and chives with the onion, and while cooking, add the tomatoes and tomato paste. Add the coconut milk and salt, mixing everything together. Finally, add the fish slices to the sauce and cook until fully done.
